CBRE Opens New Tech-Enabled Office in Downtown Cleveland
CBRE has unveiled its new 17,500-square-foot office on the eighth floor of Oswald Tower, located at 950 Main Avenue in Cleveland’s vibrant Flats neighborhood. The move represents a relocation within the same building, previously occupying space on the second floor.
The new office aligns with CBRE’s Workplace360 program, an initiative designed to enhance workplace experience through modern design and integrated technology. “950 Main Avenue is one of Cleveland’s premier trophy office towers and CBRE has been an anchor tenant since the property was built in 2013,” said Andrew Coleman, Managing Director for CBRE in Cleveland. “We’re excited to renew our commitment to downtown Cleveland and expand into a larger footprint to support our growing team.”
The thoughtfully designed space features a variety of flexible work environments, including focus rooms, huddle rooms, conference rooms, and project rooms. Advanced technology has been installed throughout to optimize both in-person and virtual collaboration.
Adding a local touch, the office also showcases artwork by Cleveland-based artists. These pieces were curated in partnership with a local nonprofit organization to reflect the city’s rich cultural heritage and creativity.
With its expanded footprint and tech-enabled design, CBRE’s new office underscores its continued investment in Cleveland and commitment to supporting a dynamic and collaborative work culture.
