**ModCorr Secures 252,000-SF Industrial Facility for Expansion in Pennsylvania**
ModCorr, LLC has signed a long-term lease for a 252,282-square-foot industrial facility at PNK Park Allenwood, located in the Great Stream Commons Industrial Park at 89 Enterprise Blvd. in Allenwood, Pennsylvania.
Lee & Associates represented ModCorr in the transaction, with Principals Joel Kreider, SIOR, and Ed Skonecki leading the tenant representation. “This expansion is an exciting step forward for ModCorr, and we are proud to have played a role in securing a location that supports their continued growth,” said Kreider.
The leased facility is specifically designed for manufacturing operations and includes a variety of high-performance industrial features. The building boasts a 40-foot clear ceiling height, an 8-inch reinforced concrete slab, ESFR sprinkler system, capacity for crane installation, and LED lighting. Its strategic position just six miles from Interstate 80 offers prime logistical access, including proximity to Route 15 and additional interstate connections.
