– **Partners Real Estate** has appointed **Mark Nicholson** as Managing Director of Property Services. In his new leadership role, Nicholson will oversee the day-to-day operations of Partners’ statewide property management portfolio. **Leasing & Development Updates**
– **Stream Realty Partners** has been appointed as the leasing partner for **Kirkwood Tower**, a 286,000-square-foot Class A office tower located at 11757 Katy Freeway in Houston’s Energy Corridor. The 15-story building recently transitioned to new ownership under a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, Inc.
– **CBRE** has secured a $17.4 million construction loan for **Constellation Real Estate Partners** to develop a 240,041-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Pasadena, Texas. The future facility, named **Constellation Genoa Red Bluff**, will be situated at 2543 Genoa Red Bluff Road. The CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team included Brian Linnihan, Mike Ryan, Richard Henry, and Taylor Crowder. Financing was provided by Texas Capital Bank.
**Professional Accolades**
– **Mac Morse**, Partner at **Citadel Partners**, has earned the prestigious SIOR Office designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS. The SIOR designation marks a high level of achievement in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing Morse’s expertise in tenant representation, acquisitions and dispositions, and lease and purchase negotiations.
