Stream Realty Partners has announced plans to develop a 300,000-square-foot warehouse on a newly acquired 17-acre site in Northwest Houston. The property, located off West 43rd Street between Hempstead Highway and Highway 290, sits in the core of the city’s infill industrial corridor.

The upcoming warehouse will accommodate tenants needing as little as 75,000 square feet up to full-building users. Construction is set to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with substantial completion projected for the fourth quarter of the same year.

Seeberger Architecture is finalizing the building’s design, while Kimley-Horn is providing civil engineering services.

The project is being developed through Stream’s Investment Management platform, with execution managed by Stream’s Industrial Development Services team. Key team members include Justin Robinson (Director), Craig McKenna, Tyler Wellborn, and Kristina Gibson. Additionally, the Investment Management group features Adam Jackson, Mustafa Ali, Scott Thetford, and Tricia Larsen.
