**Leonardo DRS Signs 48,563-SF Lease at Grand Oak Business Park in Eagan, MN**
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has announced that Leonardo DRS, Inc., a defense technology company, has signed a 10-year lease for 48,563 square feet at Grand Oak Business Park in Eagan, Minnesota. The lease is for space at Grand Oak VII, located at 2750 Blue Water Road.
Leonardo DRS, Inc. is relocating from Burnsville, Minnesota, and plans to expand its footprint with the move, which is scheduled for fall 2025. The company was represented in the transaction by Chuck Bower and Jerry Moore of RV3 Solutions, while Transwestern Principal Mike Honsa represented the landlord, Group RMC, which owns the 100-acre, 10-building business park.

Grand Oak VII is a 107,076-square-foot, single-story office building that was completed in 2002. The Grand Oak Business Park encompasses eight office buildings and two retail properties in the southeast Twin Cities submarket.
