NAI Hiffman Closes Over 1.2 Million SF in Chicago Industrial Deals
NAI Hiffman’s industrial brokerage team, led by Executive Vice President Kelly Disser along with Executive Vice President Mike Freitag, Senior Associate Bill Byrne, and Associate TJ Feeney, has successfully completed 16 transactions totaling more than 1.2 million square feet since late March.
The transactions include a combination of leases and sales across key industrial corridors in Chicago’s western and southwestern suburbs. Notably, more than 65% of the deals involved tenants or buyers operating in food distribution, cold storage, or industrial outdoor storage—key sectors driving demand in the market.
“These transactions reflect the team’s ability to generate strong leasing and sales momentum across active industrial submarkets,” said Disser. “They also underscore our reputation for delivering results in a competitive landscape.”
One of the standout deals was a 190,000-square-foot lease with BC Foods at 335 Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook. Represented by NAI Hiffman, BC Foods is relocating from 485 Crossroads Parkway to expand its operations. The lease brings the Prologis-owned facility to full occupancy.
This string of deals further cements NAI Hiffman’s position as a market leader in industrial real estate throughout Greater Chicago.
