**CBRE Promotes Mike Brucato to Market Leader for Greater Boston**
Mike Brucato has been promoted to Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE’s Greater Boston region. In his new role, Brucato will oversee the business and growth strategy for CBRE’s Advisory Services across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island. The scope of his leadership includes investment sales, leasing, consulting, valuation, debt and structured finance, and property management.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Brucato most recently held the position of Senior Managing Director for the Boston area. During that time, he led the region’s Occupier and Accounts businesses, delivering tailored real estate solutions to national and global clients in a diverse range of sectors, including office, industrial, healthcare, life sciences, and retail.
