**Vesper Holdings and Fortress Investment Group Recapitalize Student Housing Near University of Kansas**

Vesper Holdings and funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group have recapitalized Hawks Pointe, a student housing community located within walking distance of the University of Kansas.

Hawks Pointe is a 248-unit, 463-bed community featuring a range of apartment styles, including studio, garden-style, loft, and townhouse layouts. Residents enjoy a variety of amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool and a two-story clubhouse equipped with a fitness center, business center, and game room.

The recapitalization is accompanied by a comprehensive capital improvement plan, which will focus on upgrades to the clubhouse and other shared amenities, as well as extensive renovations to both the exterior and interior of the property.

“Investor demand remains strong for recapitalizing Vesper’s student housing assets, driven by our disciplined execution and consistent ability to generate exceptional risk-adjusted returns for our investors,” said Isaac Sitt, Co-CEO of Vesper Holdings.

Vesper’s student housing portfolio is managed by its subsidiary, CLS Living, which currently oversees over 33,000 beds across 43 university markets nationwide.
