CBRE has arranged the $25.5 million sale of Village on Broadway, a 148-unit multifamily community located in Spokane Valley, Washington.
The transaction was led by CBRE professionals Josh McDonald, Joe Nydahl, and Jordan Louie, who represented the seller in the deal. According to McDonald, “Village on Broadway presented a rare opportunity to acquire a well-located, stabilized asset with significant value-add potential in a high-demand submarket. With strong regional fundamentals, proximity to major employers and universities, and a clear path for operational and physical enhancements, the property is well-positioned to deliver long-term upside for the new ownership.”
Constructed in 1996 and situated at 12623 E Broadway Avenue, Village on Broadway offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all featuring in-unit washers and dryers. Community amenities include covered parking, a community garden, a dog park, a playground, and a community barbeque area.
The sale highlights continued investor interest in well-maintained, value-add multifamily assets in growing regional markets like Spokane Valley.
