Cushman & Wakefield Facilitates Sale of 702,371-SF Manufacturing Facility in Wisconsin

Cushman & Wakefield has successfully represented Hutchinson Technology in the sale of a 702,371-square-foot manufacturing facility located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

A Minneapolis-based team from Cushman & Wakefield—led by Jordan Dick, Todd Hanson, and Jason Sell—spearheaded the transaction on behalf of Hutchinson Technology. The buyer, TTM Technologies, acquired the facility at 2435 Alpine Road, which was previously utilized by Hutchinson Technology for the production of disk drive products.

The property is in excellent condition and features advanced, highly sophisticated infrastructure designed to support high-tech printed circuit board manufacturing.

“Availability of a state-of-the-art facility of this quality is a truly unique opportunity,” said Jordan Dick, Director at Cushman & Wakefield. “With that opportunity at hand, we matched Hutchinson Technology with an ideal end-user in TTM, and we’re proud to be a part of ongoing job creation and advanced manufacturing growth in the Midwest.”
