**Lincoln Property Company Acquires Gatski Commercial, Expands Presence in Southern Nevada**
Lincoln Property Company has announced the acquisition of Gatski Commercial, a Las Vegas-based commercial real estate services firm. This strategic move adds approximately 13 million square feet of leased and managed real estate to Lincoln’s portfolio, increasing its total property management and leasing footprint in Nevada to over 20 million square feet.
Established in 1993, Gatski Commercial is one of the largest privately owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firms in Southern Nevada. The company provides a broad range of services across all commercial asset types, including investment sales, leasing, and property management. In addition, Gatski offers value-added services such as landscaping and building maintenance, enhancing the overall client experience.
