**Work Begins on 130,000-SF Fulshear Central Mixed-Use Development**
Construction is underway on Fulshear Central, a new 130,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Fulshear, Texas. Janapriya has officially broken ground on the development, which will span 22 acres and feature a blend of retail, restaurants, and office condominiums. The site is located just off FM 1093, west of Texas Heritage Parkway, and adjacent to a scenic four-acre pond.
Alpha Bravo Construction is serving as the general contractor, with architectural design provided by Kirksey Architecture.
According to recent reports, 18 of the 44 planned office condos have already been sold. The first five of the 10 office buildings — comprising 56,100 square feet — are expected to be completed by fall 2026. Each office unit will offer 1,275 square feet and may be combined to create larger spaces.
The retail and restaurant components will total an estimated 74,500 square feet. Two of the buildings will be two stories high and will feature patios that provide views of the adjacent pond.
Upon full buildout, which is projected for fall 2027, the development will include six retail buildings surrounding a two-acre green space, creating a community-focused environment for both businesses and visitors.
