Work Begins on 130,000-SF Mixed-Use Development in Fulshear

Janapriya has broken ground on Fulshear Central, a new 130,000-square-foot mixed-use development set on a 22-acre site in Fulshear, Texas. Located just off FM 1093 and west of Texas Heritage Parkway, the project is situated adjacent to a four-acre pond, offering a scenic backdrop for future tenants and visitors.

The development will feature a mix of retail, restaurant space, and office condominiums. Alpha Bravo Construction is serving as the general contractor, with Kirksey Architecture handling the design of the project.

According to reports, 18 of the 44 planned office condos have already been sold. The first five of 10 total office buildings—totaling 56,100 square feet—are expected to be completed by fall 2026. Each office unit will measure 1,275 square feet and will offer the option to combine units for larger footprints.

Retail and restaurant components will span approximately 74,500 square feet. Two of the buildings are designed as two-story structures and will include patio dining spaces overlooking the pond.

The project is projected to reach full completion by fall 2027. At that time, six retail buildings will surround a two-acre central green space, creating a vibrant community hub.
