RMR Group Lists 110K-SF Office Building in Nashville for Sale
The RMR Group has placed a 110,000-square-foot office building in Nashville on the market. Known as the Parklane building, the property is located at 5200 Maryland Way within the Maryland Farms business park. As of now, the property is 63.2% leased.
According to a recent report, RMR Group acquired the Parklane building in 2017 for $18.175 million. Prior to that, the property last changed hands in 2011, fetching a price of $13.65 million.
Charlie Gibson and Ross Smith of Stream Realty’s Nashville office are serving as the listing agents for the property.
While moving to offload this office asset, RMR Group is also planning a major new development in Nashville. The firm intends to soon break ground on Station East, a mixed-use development on an 18-acre site at 111 N. First Street in the East Bank district. The project is expected to include 1,400 residential units, 1.2 million square feet of office space, more than 600 hotel rooms, and additional amenities.
