**Albion Residential Secures Financing for First St. Louis Development**
Albion Residential, a Chicago-based firm known for the acquisition and development of luxury rental apartments, has officially closed on a construction loan for Albion West End—the firm’s inaugural project in the St. Louis market.
The 30-story luxury residential tower, to be named Albion West End, will be located in the city’s West End neighborhood. The project is being financed by Pacific Life Insurance Company, enabling immediate commencement of construction. Albion Residential is collaborating with Clayco, serving as the project’s general contractor, while the architectural design is being managed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative.
Once completed, the development will consist of 305 luxury apartment homes and 1,700 square feet of street-level retail space. Albion Residential is developing the project in partnership with Koplar Properties, a locally based real estate firm.
