**152,000-Square-Foot Entertainment Hub to Open in Denver**
A massive new entertainment destination is set to open this fall in Denver’s Elyria-Swansea neighborhood. Located at 3625 E. 48th Avenue, the upcoming venue—named Moodswing—will span 152,000 square feet, transforming 3.5 acres into a dynamic mix of indoor and outdoor recreation.
Moodswing will feature 43,000 square feet dedicated to indoor activities, complemented by a sprawling 33,000-square-foot outdoor patio and more than a dozen pickleball courts. Visitors can look forward to an array of games and experiences including golf simulators, mini golf, dart boards, and additional interactive attractions.
The facility will also house a full-service restaurant offering a diverse menu of wings, pizza, salads, and Mediterranean- and Italian-inspired dishes.
The project is backed by a $10 million investment that will overhaul the existing building for its new purpose. Moodswing is the brainchild of a team with strong industry roots—former Hagerty Insurance manager Colton Cartwright, Justin Riley, founder of Improper City, and Giovanni Leone, the former general manager of Improper City.
The venue is expected to employ approximately 60 people upon opening.
