BH Group and PEBB Enterprises have finalized a $50 million property sale at 6600 N. Military Trail in Boca Raton, paving the way for construction of a major mixed-use development’s residential component. The upcoming project will feature a 500-unit rental apartment community.
The residential development is being led by Related Group in collaboration with BH Group and PEBB Enterprises. The 9.9-acre site includes the existing south tower and south parking garage. As part of the redevelopment, the south tower will be demolished and replaced with the apartment complex, while the parking garage will remain unchanged. Demolition is scheduled to begin in September 2025.
The approved site plan for the project includes more than 405,000 square feet of office space distributed across two buildings, four new retail and restaurant outparcel buildings totaling nearly 43,000 square feet, a luxury fitness facility of approximately 37,000 square feet, and the 500-unit multifamily residential component.
