A third-party logistics (3PL) company has signed a 65-month lease for a 205,435-square-foot industrial distribution and warehouse facility in Rancho Dominguez, California. The deal was brokered by The Klabin Company/CORFAC International on behalf of Crown Associates Realty, Inc.
The leased property, located at 20100 Alameda Street, includes 10,255 square feet of office space within a concrete tilt-up building completed in 2024. The facility sits on more than nine acres (405,544 square feet) of land and features an adjacent 1.6-acre yard for parking and trailer storage.
Crown Associates was represented by Matt Stringfellow, SIOR, Courtney Bell, Tyler Rollema, SIOR, and Scott Andersen of The Klabin Company. The tenant was represented by Chuck Littell, SIOR, of Colliers.
“This strategically located facility will significantly increase the tenant’s shipping efficiencies,” said Stringfellow. “With direct access to the region’s major transportation hubs in the prime Los Angeles industrial market, the property is well positioned to support the firm’s continued growth and customer fulfillment objectives.”
