**American Liberty Hospitality Breaks Ground on Dual-Branded Hotel in Bastrop**
American Liberty Hospitality (ALH) has begun construction on a new dual-branded hotel in Bastrop, Texas. Located at 1651 Jasper Street within Sendero, a 75-acre master-planned community, the $10 million project will feature two hotel brands under one roof: Fairfield by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott.
The 63,000-square-foot development is expected to open in early 2027 and will include amenities such as an outdoor pool and a full-service bar, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
This Bastrop development marks ALH’s fourth dual-brand hotel project. Previous ventures include the 300-room Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites in Houston’s Medical Center, the 319-room Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites in Houston Galleria, and the 300-room Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in Downtown Houston.
Bastrop is experiencing significant growth, bolstered by major economic developments such as Tesla’s nearby Gigafactory and the upcoming $1 billion Bastrop 552 film and television production campus. These projects are fueling an influx of business travelers, new residents, and creative professionals, increasing demand for high-quality hospitality options in the region.
