**Sprouts Farmers Market Secures Incentives for New Hutto Location**
Endeavor Real Estate Group has received approval from the Hutto City Council for a $1.5 million incentive package to support the development of a new Sprouts Farmers Market. The proposed 23,000-square-foot grocery store will be the anchor tenant of a 14-acre mixed-use development located at the northeast corner of State Highway 130 and U.S. Highway 79.
The planned Sprouts store is part of a broader $28 million investment by Endeavor Real Estate Group at the site.
The incentive package includes $875,000 in grants, contingent upon meeting certain performance benchmarks. In addition, the agreement features a sales tax reimbursement component—50% of the sales tax generated over the final seven years of a 10-year deal, assuming a minimum of $10 million in annual taxable sales. This reimbursement is estimated to total approximately $679,000.
Over the course of the 10-year agreement, the development is projected to generate $5.9 million in property tax revenue and contribute an additional $1.1 million in sales tax revenue to the city.
The Sprouts Farmers Market project is expected to significantly boost economic activity in the area and serve as a key retail destination for Hutto residents.
