**Atlas Real Estate Partners Acquires 384-Unit Multifamily Property in Orlando**
Atlas Real Estate Partners has acquired Perse Apartments, a 384-unit multifamily community located in Orlando, Florida.
The seller in the transaction was Trion Properties, which originally purchased the property four years ago from Fifteen Group for $107.8 million. At the time, Pacific Coast Capital Partners provided a $68 million acquisition loan.
Perse Apartments, located at 8151 Patterson Woods Drive, was built in 2008. The community spans 21 acres and consists of 17 three-story residential buildings. Units are offered in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans, ranging from 772 to 1,312 square feet.
Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with sundeck and cabanas, a fitness center, and a resident clubhouse. Atlas Real Estate Partners plans to enhance the existing amenities, while also modernizing interiors and renovating other common areas throughout the property.
The investment sales and advisory team from JLL Capital, led by Ted Taylor and Kyle Butler, represented Trion Properties in the transaction. Berkadia’s team, which included Scott Wadler, Matt Robbin, Brad Williamson, and Mitch Sinberg, arranged the acquisition financing for Atlas.
