**Queen Creek’s Vineyard Towne Center Fully Leased, New Target Opening This Fall**
Queen Creek’s Vineyard Towne Center, located at 37666 North Gantzel Road, is now fully leased and will soon welcome a major new anchor tenant. A 145,000-square-foot Target store is scheduled to open this October, further solidifying the center’s appeal as a prime shopping destination.
The center, owned and operated by Vestar, spans 260,000 square feet and features a diverse mix of tenants. In addition to Target, current tenants include Sprouts Farmers Market, two banks, a dental office, a Verizon store, Mattress Firm, Cadence Running Company, European Wax Center, Zara Nail Bar, and Pet Supplies Plus.
Dining and beverage options at the center are equally varied, with establishments such as Nekter Juice Bar, Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop, Wingstop, Five Guys, Better Buzz Coffee, Thai Chili 2Go, Over Easy, and Cinnaholic serving the growing Queen Creek community.
Queen Creek has experienced rapid population growth in recent years. The population grew from 60,872 in 2020 to 83,781 by 2024, making it the second-fastest growing city in Arizona.
