JLL Named Leasing Agent for California Forever’s 40M-Square-Foot Solano Foundry
JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Solano Foundry, California Forever’s ambitious 2,100-acre advanced manufacturing park located approximately one hour north of Silicon Valley. Spanning 40 million square feet, Solano Foundry is set to become the largest advanced manufacturing park in North America, offering the infrastructure required to attract cutting-edge industries and stimulate economic growth in Solano County.
Leading the JLL efforts on this project will be Vice Chairman Greg Matter, supported by Executive Managing Director Jason Ovadia, Senior Managing Director Matt Bracco, Regional Leasing Lead Sarah Mancuso, and Local Intelligence and Labor Analytics expert Joel Woodmass. This assignment aligns with the recent launch of JLL’s Advanced Manufacturing Group, a new initiative focused on shaping the future of industrial real estate through modernized, production-ready solutions.
