White Lodging has announced two key executive appointments. Noah Hoppe has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing nearly 20 years of experience from Hyatt Hotels, where he held various senior finance roles. Jared Garner has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Garner brings more than two decades of experience advising hotel owners, developers, managers, and brands, both in-house and in private practice.
Alliance Industrial Company has welcomed Cory Welper as Managing Director of its new Midwest Division. Previously with Bridge Industrial, Welper will oversee industrial development, investment, and construction across the Midwest, initially focusing on the Chicago region with plans for future expansion across other key markets.
Colliers | Detroit has expanded its team with the addition of Bradley Carver and Jonathan Katz. Both join from Ten-X, a leading online marketplace for commercial real estate transactions. Carver brings more than 10 years of leadership experience to the role and has played a key part in executing over $2 billion in commercial real estate and note sales. Katz, with a 13-year track record, has closed over 700 transactions across various asset classes, including retail, office, and multifamily. The duo will collaborate with Barry Swatsenbarg, Executive Vice President at Colliers, and his team.
Essex Realty Group has promoted Joe Kahlhammer to Director. Since joining the firm in 2023, Kahlhammer has primarily focused on Chicago’s South and West-side neighborhoods. His work has contributed to transactions totaling over $43.47 million involving 731 units across the greater Chicagoland area. Prior to Essex, he worked in construction management and commercial brokerage.
Cushman & Wakefield announced the addition of Joshua Crane as Senior Director. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, Crane will enhance the firm’s capabilities in suburban Chicago office and healthcare agency leasing. His experience encompasses marketing, brand development, and lease negotiation for both new developments and landmark assets.
