**Walker & Dunlop Secures $91.45M Refinancing Loan for Vallejo Apartment Community**

Walker & Dunlop announced it has secured $91.45 million in refinancing for Blue Rock Village, a 560-unit, Class B, garden-style multifamily community located in Vallejo, California. The loan was arranged by Bryan Frazier and Blake Hockenbury of Walker & Dunlop Multifamily Finance on behalf of Prime Residential, a long-term client of the firm.

The financing package is a 10-year, full-term interest-only loan at a fixed rate, provided through Freddie Mac.

“This transaction not only strengthens the asset’s long-term financial position—it reflects a relationship built on trust, performance, and shared vision,” said Frazier. “We would like to thank Prime for continuing to put their confidence in our team. It’s an honor to support their continued success.”

Blue Rock Village was constructed in two phases and now operates as a single, cohesive living community. Spanning across 35.69 acres, the property includes 41 buildings—38 of which are residential. Amenities for residents include swimming pools, a spa, dog parks, and a variety of other community features.

The transaction highlights Walker & Dunlop’s ongoing commitment to supporting the multifamily housing sector and strengthening long-term partnerships.
