**Fully Built Santa Fe Film Studio Hits the Market**

Santa Fe Studios, a fully entitled film and television production campus located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is officially on the market. The offering includes a 65-acre, state-of-the-art media campus complete with a second phase already approved for future development. Entitlements for this next phase include additional sound stages, post-production facilities, and potential space for hospitality or retail projects.

The sale is being led by Anthony Jasenski, head of CBRE’s National Film Production Studio Practice. Jasenski and his team are representing the current owner, a private family that has held and developed the property since its inception in 2006.

Originally built in 2011, Santa Fe Studios has served as the filming location for several high-profile productions, including *Roswell, New Mexico*, *Waco*, *Succession*, *Logan*, *House of Cards*, *We’re the Millers,* and most recently, *Walker: Independence*.

Key features of the Santa Fe Studios campus include:

– 24,000 square feet of Class A production office space
– 17,000 square feet of warehouse and mill space
– 57 acres of backlot space

This sale presents a rare opportunity to acquire a premier, turn-key media production asset in one of the U.S.’s growing entertainment destinations.
