**BH Properties Acquires Historic Brick-and-Timber Office Campus in Downtown Campbell**
BH Properties, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm, has announced its acquisition of The Cannery, a 104,201-square-foot brick-and-timber office campus located at 300 Orchard City Drive in Downtown Campbell. Originally built in the late 1800s as a fruit cannery, the property recently underwent a comprehensive $19.2 million renovation, completed in 2023.
The seller, whose identity remains undisclosed, was represented by Newmark’s Silicon Valley Capital Markets team, including Steven Golubchik, Edmund Najera, Darren Hollak, Francesca Zappula, and Brendan Raney.
“The Cannery is a rare blend of history, design, and location,” said Jim Brooks, President of BH Properties. “It’s one of the few brick-and-timber campuses in Silicon Valley and offers tenants a distinctive experience in a walkable, amenity-rich environment.”
Currently, the property is 22% leased to a diverse mix of tenants, with available suites ranging from 1,300 to over 40,000 square feet. The weighted average lease term across tenants is 2.9 years.
