AMTote International Renews 51K-SF Lease in Hunt Valley, MD
AMTote International, Inc., a leading technology and services provider to the global pari-mutuel wagering industry, has renewed its 50,665-square-foot lease at 11200 Pepper Road in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The facility is a single-story light industrial building comprising a total of 74,069 square feet.
The lease renewal deal was negotiated by Daniel Hudak, SIOR, and Joe Bradley, SIOR, both Senior Vice Presidents and Principals at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, on behalf of the property owner, Schilling Pepper Lot 24 Business Trust. Stuart Reinhoff of Cushman & Wakefield represented AMTote International.
The building is currently 100 percent leased. AMTote uses the space to house its corporate headquarters, research and development, and manufacturing operations. Approximately 35 employees work at the location.
Situated in a strategic location, 11200 Pepper Road offers convenient access to I-83 and is within walking distance of a Light Rail Station. The property is also near Hunt Valley Towne Centre and a variety of dining options and business amenities.
