**Former 43-Acre Tupperware Headquarters in Kissimmee Hits the Market**
CBRE has listed the former Tupperware campus, a 43-acre property located at 3161 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee, Florida. The site features approximately 216,601 square feet of office and industrial space spread across seven buildings.
Tupperware Brands Corporation closed the facility at the end of 2024 following its filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The site has historical significance, with the company’s presence in the Orlando area dating back to the 1950s.
Originally sold in a sale-leaseback deal in 2021 to O’Connor Capital Partners LLC, the property was subsequently acquired that same year by Spirit Realty Capital Inc. for $43 million. Realty Income acquired Spirit Realty in 2024, assuming ownership of the campus.
The property’s potential redevelopment opportunities include uses such as warehousing, manufacturing, office space, cold storage, distribution, heavy parking, or outside storage.
CBRE’s listing team for the property consists of David Murphy, Monica Wonus, Jeff Gray, and Lee Earle.
