San Diego's Multi-Mixed-Use Tower Reaches Highest Point: A Milestone for the City

Reaching the topping out phase, Holland Partner Group, North America Sekisui House and Lowe have completed a $400-million mixed-use project in downtown San Diego. Located at 1011 Union St., West is the first multi-mixed use tower of its kind in the city with 280,000 square feet of office space, 19,000 square feet of retail space and 431 luxury apartments. Completion is planned for early 2024.

Brent Schertzer from Holland commented on their vision becoming reality: “West will provide a model for others to follow as we shape Downtown San Diego’s future.” JLL’s Tony Russell and Richard Gonor are leading office leasing efforts at West which can accommodate users ranging from 10k to 280k sqft with potential expansion options available.
