**Landmark Properties Appoints Ioannis Verdelis as Managing Director for European Development and Investment**
Landmark Properties, a global real estate investment manager based in Athens, Georgia, has announced the appointment of Ioannis Verdelis as Managing Director of Development and Investment for its European operations.
In his new role, Verdelis will work alongside Alex Katsnelson and Tom Banning to co-lead the expansion and development of Landmark’s student accommodation and residential investment platform across Europe.

Verdelis brings over 15 years of real estate and investment leadership experience to Landmark. Most recently, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Vita Group. Before that, he led the company’s international expansion into Spain as Managing Director of International Development.
