**Cranial Technologies Leases Office Space at Monadnock’s 300 Huntington Street in Brooklyn**

Cranial Technologies has leased a 4,456-square-foot office space at Monadnock Development’s newly constructed headquarters at 300 Huntington Street in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The lease was secured in a deal facilitated by CBRE’s Patrick Dugan, Joseph Cirone, and Jesse de la Rama, who represented the building’s ownership. Joe Speck and Chad Poff of Colliers represented Cranial Technologies.

The company, a national leader in the non-surgical treatment of plagiocephaly (commonly known as flat head syndrome in infants), will be opening its first Brooklyn location. The new clinic will be located on part of the sixth floor of the 136,000-square-foot building, which was designed by Dattner Architects and Bernheimer Architecture.

“This commitment by Cranial Technologies, a national company with more than 100 clinics, speaks to the high-quality office space, highly curated amenities, and ideal location of 300 Huntington Street—a brand-new building located at the nexus of Gowanus, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, and Red Hook,” said Dugan.

The addition of Cranial Technologies expands the tenant roster of the cutting-edge building, further solidifying 300 Huntington as a rising destination in Brooklyn’s dynamic office market.
