**CBRE Expands Chicago Office Leasing Team Through Partnership with Irvine Company**
CBRE has made a strategic addition to its Chicago office by hiring the office leasing team of Greg Tait, Maggie Brophy, and Jamion Hartley. Tait and Brophy will serve as Executive Vice Presidents, while Hartley will take on the role of First Vice President.
The trio joins CBRE from the Irvine Company and will continue to represent Irvine’s prestigious 4.45 million-square-foot Chicago trophy office portfolio. This portfolio includes landmark properties such as 300 North LaSalle, One North Wacker, and 71 South Wacker.
“The team’s experience and insight in creating dynamic work environments will strengthen our ability to deliver market-leading results for a diverse range of clients across the city,” said Kevin Collins, Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Chicago office.
In addition to the new hires, CBRE has been awarded the property management contract for 300 North LaSalle, which will begin in September. Over the past seven months, Irvine Company has experienced significant leasing traction in Chicago, with more than one million square feet of premium office space leased.
This expansion marks a continued push by CBRE to enhance its market presence and service offerings in one of the nation’s most competitive commercial office markets.
