**Seattle-Based Lil Woody’s Burgers & Shakes Expanding to Tacoma**
Seattle’s popular burger chain, Lil Woody’s Burgers & Shakes, has announced plans to open a new location in Tacoma. The expansion marks a significant step for the brand, which has become known for its locally sourced ingredients and unique burger creations.
The new Lil Woody’s will open in Tacoma’s Stadium District, taking over the former Harvester Restaurant space at 29 N. Tacoma Avenue. The anticipated opening is slated for late 2025 or early 2026.
Lil Woody’s menu features a variety of options, including grass-fed beef burgers, veggie burgers, salmon burgers, and chicken sandwiches. The restaurant is committed to sourcing ingredients from local and regional producers, such as Franz Bakery, Royal Ranch beef, Hill Meat Co. bacon, and Tillamook dairy.
The upcoming Tacoma location will occupy a 1,600-square-foot space. Leasing for the site is being managed by Kyle Prosser and Tom Brown of Lee & Associates.
Lil Woody’s currently operates locations in Ballard, Capitol Hill, White Center, Green Lake, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and Tokyo. The Tacoma addition reflects the chain’s ongoing growth strategy and dedication to bringing its signature flavors to new communities.
