**VanTrust to Break Ground on Seventh Speculative Project in New Albany, Ohio**

VanTrust Real Estate is set to begin construction in the coming weeks on its seventh speculative project in New Albany, Ohio—marking the company’s tenth overall development in the area.

The project will be located on a 22.4-acre site within the New Albany Tech Park at 12550 Jug Street NW, approximately 20 miles from downtown Columbus. The new industrial facility will span 302,400 square feet and is being designed to accommodate either a single tenant or multiple tenants. Completion is anticipated by the second quarter of 2026.

“We continue to demonstrate incredible momentum in the New Albany area, which highlights the extraordinary interest we have seen in this region as a prime location for business development,” said Brice Harrison, Director of Development at VanTrust. “We are eager to bring new companies to this thriving community, and excited to see the tenants this building will attract as the project progresses.”

RED Architecture will lead the design efforts for the development. Elford Construction has been named general contractor, while JLL will serve as the listing agent. EMH&T will act as civil engineer for the project.
