**Clise Properties Appoints Kathy O’Kelley as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations**
Clise Properties, a family-owned long-term owner and real estate developer in the Puget Sound region, has appointed Kathy O’Kelley as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations. This newly created role will oversee strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing value, performance, and operational efficiency across the company’s diverse real estate holdings.
In addition, O’Kelley will lead efforts in talent acquisition and the development of internal teams, supporting Clise Properties in its continued growth and evolution.

O’Kelley brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the role, most notably with Hines, where she served as Senior Vice President of Management Services. She is also actively engaged in civic leadership, currently serving as a board member of the Downtown Seattle Association and having previously held positions as Board Chair and MID Board Chair.
