**Baron Property Group, LargaVista Secure $388.5M for Long Island City Tower**

Baron Property Group (BPG) and LargaVista Companies announced they have secured $388.5 million in construction financing for 30-25 Queens Boulevard, a 46-story mixed-use residential tower underway in Long Island City. The financing package was provided by Starwood Capital Group, Gotham Organization, and Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies.

The deal was facilitated by Ayush Kapahi, principal and founding partner at HKS Real Estate Advisors, and Anthony Ledesma, principal and founding partner of DIA Capital Group.

“This construction financing represents a significant step forward for our team and reinforces our dedication to delivering innovative projects in thriving neighborhoods,” said Matthew Baron, founder and president of BPG.

30-25 Queens Boulevard is the second development collaboration between BPG and LargaVista, following the successful completion of The Park Overture, a rental project in Washington Heights delivered last fall. The new project will bring more than 500 rental and condominium units, along with new retail space, to Long Island City. Completion is anticipated in early 2028.
