**MainStreet Property Group Opens Eastrail Flats in Woodinville**

MainStreet Property Group has officially opened Eastrail Flats, a new mixed-use development located in Woodinville’s Schoolhouse District.

The 207-unit project, located at 13400 NE 175th Street, was developed in partnership with HAL Real Estate and first announced in 2022 following a $12.5 million acquisition of the property. The five-story building encompasses 308,000 square feet, including nearly 100,000 square feet of underground parking.

The development was realized in collaboration with the city of Woodinville and utilizes a multifamily tax exemption program. Through this incentive, the project received a 20-year property tax exemption in exchange for reserving 26 units for lower-income households.

In addition to residential units, Eastrail Flats features 24,000 square feet of mixed-use retail space, which is now nearly fully leased.
