**Baird & Warner**
Chicagoland’s largest independently owned real estate company, Baird & Warner, has announced the return of industry veteran Bill White Jr. as Vice President of Broker Relations for Mortgage and Title Services. In his new role, White will act as the primary liaison for agents, attorneys, and loan officers, supporting the company’s fully integrated suite of real estate services.
**Bradford Allen**
Commercial real estate firm Bradford Allen has appointed Ben Azulay as President of Brokerage Services. Azulay will be responsible for expanding the firm’s tenant and landlord representation services for office, retail, and industrial assets nationwide. He will be based out of the firm’s Chicago headquarters. Jeffrey Bernstein and Laurence Elbaum will continue in their roles as co-founders and principals of the firm.
**Farbman Group**
Farbman Group has introduced its largest-ever class of summer interns, with twelve participants spanning five departments. The program welcomes students from Michigan and beyond, with most interns working from the company’s Detroit or Chicago offices. Others will gain field experience by working with brokers in various locations.
**Guzman y Gomez (GYG)**
Australian restaurant chain Guzman y Gomez is expanding its U.S. footprint with the opening of its seventh Chicagoland location in Des Plaines, Illinois, at 2741 Mannheim Road. With over 250 locations globally, the brand now serves customers in seven Chicagoland communities, including Naperville, Schaumburg, Buffalo Grove, Crystal Lake, Deerfield, and Evanston.
