Cushman & Wakefield has successfully arranged an $81 million refinancing package for One Grove, a 200-unit multifamily property located at 215 Grove Street in Jersey City. The loan was secured on behalf of borrower Sing Wang of TKK Capital and financed by Societe Generale. The financing structure includes a full-term, five-year, interest-only loan.

The Cushman & Wakefield team representing the borrower consisted of Brad Domenico, Frank Stanislaski, and Jack Subers from the firm’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group. The units feature high-end finishes and modern appliances, with roughly 30% of the apartments including private outdoor spaces. The property, designed by MHS Architecture, also includes furnished short-term rental options to accommodate a variety of leasing preferences.
