Billingsley Co. is close to nailing down one of the largest commercial real estate projects in the state: Sloan Corners. The company plans to develop 10 million square feet of office space, 6,000 apartment units and 200,000 square feet of retail on 500 acres at the corners of I-75 and SH-121. According to Dallas News reports, this project could be worth more than $3 billion when completed.
The development will bring both day and nighttime populations that are unmatched in the area with its combination of office buildings and high/mid-rise residences as well as acres dedicated for parks, bridges and pedestrian trails along Sloan Creek’s banks. Billlingsley has yet to disclose a start date for construction but it looks like they’re getting closer every day!
