Billingsley Co. is planning to develop Sloan Corners, which could become one of the largest commercial real estate projects in the state upon completion. The company has announced that it will be constructing 10 million square feet of office space, 6,000 apartment units and 200,000 square feet of retail on 500 acres at the corners of I-75 and SH-121. According to Dallas News estimates, this development could surpass $3 billion in value when finished.
The company believes that combining office buildings with high and mid-rise residences will bring both day and nighttime populations unparalleled by any other location in the area. In addition to these structures, there are also plans for acres worth of parks as well as bridges and pedestrian trails along Sloan Creek’s banks included within this project’s scope.. Billlingsley has not yet disclosed a start date for construction work on this project yet .
