**Newmark Facilitates Sale of Bellevue’s Block 13 Office Tower**
Newmark has successfully arranged the sale of Block 13, a premier, Class A office tower centrally located in Bellevue’s dynamic Spring District.
The buyer, Drawbridge Realty, acquired the property in partnership with KKR/Global Atlantic. Completed in 2024, the nine-story, 212,128-square-foot office building is fully leased to Meta.
Newmark’s Capital Markets team, led by Kevin Shannon, Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets, and supported by Alex Foshay, Executive Vice Chairman and Head of International Capital Markets, Vice Chairman Nick Kucha, Michael Moll, Ken White, Managing Director Liam Ogburn, and Director Jakob Nicholls, represented the seller. The seller was a joint venture between Shorenstein and Wright Runstad & Company.
On the financing front, Newmark’s Global Debt & Structured Finance division—co-led by Jonathan Firestone, Vice Chairman Blake Thompson, and Director Henry Cassiday—guided acquisition financing options throughout the transaction. Jaden Rosselli, Vice President of Acquisitions at Drawbridge Realty, directed buyer-side negotiations on behalf of his team.
The Spring District continues to emerge as a vibrant, transit-oriented neighborhood with nearly 800 residential units, more than 1.9 million square feet of office and retail space, and approximately two million square feet of additional mixed-use development planned.
