**Second Phase of Bell Works Chicagoland Breaks Ground**

Inspired by Somerset Development has officially broken ground on the West Side of Bell Works Chicagoland, marking a significant step forward in the revitalization of the former AT&T campus into a dynamic hub for office, retail, dining, and hospitality.

With the East Side of the campus nearing 95% occupancy, the West Side expansion will unlock more than 500,000 square feet of new space. This phase of the redevelopment will feature approximately 430,000 square feet of traditional office space and around 35,000 square feet of fully furnished “Ready-to-Wear” office suites, designed for flexible short- and long-term leases. Additionally, 70,000 square feet will be allocated for new retail offerings.

“This West Side groundbreaking is a defining moment not just for Bell Works Chicagoland, but in proving how the metroburb model can reshape the suburban landscape,” said Ralph Zucker, CEO and Founder of Inspired by Somerset Development.

In conjunction with the West Side development, Bell Works Chicagoland is also celebrating the grand opening of Bell Market, a vibrant new culinary destination featuring a diverse range of food and beverage options.

The continued evolution of Bell Works Chicagoland reflects a growing trend toward multi-use suburban developments that blend work, leisure, and community in a single location.
