**DFW LAND Acquires 112 Acres in Celina for $250M Mixed-Use Development**
Vijay Borra of DFW LAND has acquired 112 acres from the Choate Family at a key intersection in Celina—where the Collin County Outer Loop meets Preston Road.
DFW LAND has partnered with Davidson Bogel Real Estate (DB2RE) to market the site for retail, medical, hospitality, and office tenants, while also exploring partnerships for a potential multifamily residential component. Design planning for the project is currently in progress, with groundbreaking expected as early as next year. According to The Dallas Morning News, DFW LAND could invest up to $250 million in this mixed-use development.
The site is strategically located at the convergence of three major roadways and is neighboring two large-scale retail centers: a Walmart Supercenter-anchored development currently under construction and a future development anchored by H-E-B.
The deal was facilitated by David Davidson, Jr. of DB2RE, in collaboration with his father, David Davidson, Sr. of Davidson Real Estate.
