Silverstein Properties and Arden Group have announced new and extended lease agreements at 1735 Market Street in Philadelphia, further strengthening their tenant roster at the prominent Center City office tower.
Law firm Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller, P.C. has signed a 12-year lease for 22,230 square feet on the building’s 26th floor. The firm, founded in 1994 and known for its legal expertise and strong presence in the region, will relocate its Philadelphia headquarters from One Logan Square. Landlord representation was provided by Keith Cody and Gordon Hough of Silverstein Properties, along with Tom Weitzel of JLL. The tenant was represented by Mitch Marcus, Alex Breitmeyer, and Jake Marcus, also of JLL.
In a separate transaction, Hogan Lovells, a tenant at 1735 Market Street since 2017, has signed a lease extension for 34,752 square feet spanning the 22nd and 23rd floors. The renewal is for a term of more than 10 years. Representation for the landlord included Keith Cody and Gordon Hough of Silverstein Properties and Mitch Marcus, Tom Weitzel, and Jake Marcus of JLL. Hogan Lovells was represented by Perry Kaplan and Tim Monahan of Savills.
These lease agreements further solidify 1735 Market Street as a premier destination for legal and professional services firms in Philadelphia.
