**Kidder Mathews Promotes Brandon Rogness to Lead Tacoma Asset Services**
Kidder Mathews has announced the promotion of Brandon Rogness to Market Leader in Tacoma, Washington.
In his new role, Rogness will oversee the firm’s local asset services operations, focusing on ensuring smooth day-to-day functions, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and leading high-performance property management teams to deliver top-tier service.
Rogness, who joined Kidder Mathews in 2024, brings more than a decade of property management experience to the position. Prior to his time with the firm, he served as Senior Property Manager at Palladium Real Estate Services, where he managed a diverse portfolio across the Puget Sound region.
