CBRE Facilitates $12.17M Sale of Retail Property in Jamison, Pennsylvania

CBRE has successfully completed the $12.17 million sale of a 25,000-square-foot retail property located at 1937 York Road in Jamison, Pennsylvania. The property, situated prominently at the intersection of York Road/Route 263, Meyer Way, and Meeting House Road, is anchored by national tenants Wawa and Tractor Supply.

The asset was acquired by ExchangeRight, a real estate investment firm, from ARCTRUST, a national development company that owns more than 500 properties valued at over $5 billion.

The transaction was led by Matthew Gorman and Michael Shover of CBRE’s Net-Lease Property Group Mid-Atlantic Team. The duo managed the marketing efforts and represented the seller during the negotiations.

“The acquisition was an all-cash transaction with a very sophisticated institutional buyer who was seeking a high-profile net lease property,” said Gorman. “Beyond the secure cash flow from two investment-grade tenants and their scheduled rent increases, the site also offers nearly 12 acres of land with future development potential. The property is located in a densely populated and affluent submarket, making it an attractive long-term investment.”

The transaction highlights continued investor demand for quality net lease assets located in high-growth suburban markets.
