**Piping Rock Signs 408,767-SF Lease at Turnpike Commerce Center in Ohio**
JLL announced that Piping Rock, a global manufacturer of vitamins and supplements, has signed a 408,767-square-foot lease at Turnpike Commerce Center, a newly developed industrial facility located in Shalersville, Ohio.
The lease represents 40% of the facility’s available space and is a significant milestone for the property owners, Geis Companies and Stonemont Financial Group. Turnpike Commerce Center spans over one million square feet and is a key anchor within a 470-acre master-planned industrial park.
The facility offers state-of-the-art features, including a 40-foot clear height, cross-dock configuration, 330 trailer parking spaces, 179 dock positions, 60-foot speed bays, and 3,253 square feet of office space. These advanced features are designed to support high-efficiency and speed-to-market for industrial tenants like Piping Rock.
JLL’s Executive Managing Director Joe Messina and Managing Director David Stecker represented the property owners in the transaction, while CBRE’s Fred Herrera and Fred Ragsdale represented Piping Rock.
