Richardson's CityLine Office Complex for Sale

Richardson’s CityLine office complex, consisting of four towers totaling 2.3 million square feet, is currently for sale according to the Dallas Times. This development at Bush Turnpike and Plano Road was purchased in 2016 for more than $800 million – one of the largest real estate purchases ever made in Dallas-Fort Worth. The buildings are owned by a partnership between Mirae Asset Global Investments and Houston-based Transwestern Investment Group; State Farm Insurance holds a long-term lease on these regional offices while Raytheon also occupies space within them. With ground floor retail and medical offices included, CityLine is 98% leased overall as part of its $1.6 billion mixed-use project that includes shops, apartments, townhomes and a hotel developed by KDC out of Dallas TX .
